WIRE SHAPE DECOR
SEQUIN HEARTS + CROWNS & LACE HEARTS
All our wire shapes are made by Wool and Willow, we use only high quality materials, fabrics and thick wire. Sequins may flake off so please handle with care, do not attempt to pull any sequins or small threads that may be showing.
These are for decor purposes only and should not be left unattended with children at any time or hung above cots/beds or in arms reach.
CUSTOMS: If you would like a custom shape or color please email us first to discuss the options.
TO HANG: They can be placed on shelf's and or side tables and dressers. to hang simply loop a clear thread from one side and hang over a hook or simply use a clear command hook and will sit perfectly in the hook if placed with care.
** All wire decor are handmade and made to order, please allow up to 4 weeks for your product to be made and posted then allow adequate time to arrive to you.
Due to different fabrics and sequins used the hearts may appear thinner or thicker than other colors. This is not a flaw or fault simply the nature of each individual fabric and its thickness. PRINTS
Frames and accessories in pictures are not included.
Prints are digitally printed on high quality 160 GSM white matt and/or textured paper.
Computer screens may calibrate differently, resulting in slight variation in color between screens and the actual product.
Prints A5, A4 and A3 are normaly places in protective clear sleeves and in rigged envelopes to maintain flat and note on envelope to maintain flat during transit. They are also posted separate from larger prints.
Poster size prints are shipped in shipping tubes and should be kept in tubes until ready to frame.
WALL HANGINGS

All our wall hangings are made in Australia, we use only high quality materials (Cotton Wool, Merino Wool, Cotton fabric, Raw timber and Metal or Timber hoops) Please also read each individual description on items for specific materials used. All wall hangings are made to order so please allow up-to 4 weeks for your item to be made and posted. Then allow adequate time to arrive to you. Small variations in size/shape/length/thickness may occur this is not a fault or defect simple the handmade nature of the item as no two can be done exactly the same.
Care Instructions: Hang wall hangings once opened, after a few days wool will straighten out on its own. Do not attempt to iron or comb the strands. Over time some strands may pull and look longer, attempt to trim at your own will.
CANDLES
Currently unavailable to order as of 2024
All candles are made to order. We aim to have on going stock available, but in rare situations there may be a wait due to delays in production or customs. As soon as you have placed you order and payment has cleared we will create your product. As a result this can take up to 3 weeks before your item will be shipped. After manufacturing time please allow adequate time to arrive to you. Candles will be packed in a shipping box wrapped in bubble wrap.
CANDLE CARE AND INFORMATION
When lighting a soy candle for the first time, allow wax to melt all the way to the sides of the vessel. The first burn of the candle should last as long as it take to reach all the way to the edges of the vessel. This will ensure maximum fragrance and even burn. If you do not allow the wax to pool on the first burn, you will get wax remaining along the sides of the vessel.
Always trim your wick to about 6-8mm before you re light your candle. This will ensure a long lasting candle and minimize mushrooming of the wick from previous burn.
Extinguish your candle by dipping the wick in the melted wax and then straighten. Do not blow out your candle.
All soy candles are hand poured. although all effort is made to ensure consistency, every candle will be different. When using natural soy wax darker patches, air bubbles or wet spots may occur in vessels. Slight uneven surface around the wick may also occur, this is due to the 100% natural soy wax an that it is hand poured. This is not a fault, simply a blemish were the wax has not adhered to the vessel or wick. This does not effect the candle in any way.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to re-purpose your candle jars simply wash them out with warm soapy water. do not use a hash sponge as this may lead to paint/colour, removal, peeling of labels and scratching the vessel.
